We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a solid background in office environments. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, supporting various departments, and maintaining efficient communication within the organisation.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical duties
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks
Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system
Provide support in various projects as required by management
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrated clerical experience in a busy Transport Compliance office environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
