Duties

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Support food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with catering events, ensuring timely service and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Work as part of a team to ensure the overall success of the establishment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
