Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our floor staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience, from food preparation to service delivery.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy in orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Provide support at the bar, including bartending duties when required. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive approach to helping guests and ensuring their needs are met. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-16.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
