Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a member of our floor staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and assist guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed. Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash and card transactions with precision and care. Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained. Support bartending duties if required, including mixing drinks and serving mocktails. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills.

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when needed. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.64-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
