We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of service, from assisting with food preparation to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. Support bartending staff during busy periods, including preparing drinks and serving beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Skills

Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with a willingness to help colleagues as needed. Basic bartending skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
