Floor Staff
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and floor area
- Clean and stock behind the bar throughout the night
- Maintain a safe space for customers and staff within the building by cleaning and collecting glasses and cleaning spillages throughout the night
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or equipment.
