Boston Bar is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join the floor staff team in our exciting new premises. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new city centre venue.

As a member of the floor team and often the only point of contact for dining customers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our venue and delivering an experience that will compel customers to return time and time again. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring customers are served in a timely manner Maintaining a clean and well presented restaurant area during service Providing recommendations for customers and upselling when possible Collaborating with the bar and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills A desire to provide exceptional service An upbeat attitude that contributes positively to the overall ambience of the venue Experience with serving drinks (Preferred) Strong mult-tasking skills An ability to space food orders efficiently during busy service so that the kitchen team can ensure the highest level of quality for every dish served
