We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food service, including food preparation, bartending, and catering support. Duties

Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. Assist in food preparation while adhering to strict food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Help with catering events, setting up and breaking down as required. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any queries or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Skills in food preparation and bartending are advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
