Job Responsibilities

Server:

Welcome and seat guests courteously and promptly. Take accurate orders and provide menu recommendations. Maintain table cleanliness and presentation standards. Provide attentive beverage service. Anticipate and address guest needs throughout the meal. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Promote additional menu items and upsell when appropriate. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility in role and tasks to support changing business needs and schedules.
Runner:

Transport meals from the kitchen to guests promptly. Ensure correct dishes go to the correct tables and guests. Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables. Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service. Respond quickly to guest requests and needs. Flexibility in role and tasks to support changing business needs and schedules.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
