We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
Manage team performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and quality control.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
