The Arding Rooms is x+why's newest Private Members Club, located within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. Blending the iconic Art Deco era, with a modern creative spirit -- The Arding Rooms will be a space where high end hospitality meets community, comfort and style.
Opening this June we are looking for a passionate and polished Floor Supervisor to help shape the guest experience from day one.
The bit about the role:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily service Ensure smooth and elevated experiences for members and guests Assist with training, team briefings, and daily service planning Handle bookings, floor plans, and special member requests Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and discretion Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider club team to deliver excellence at every touch point The Club will be operate full service 7 days a week
The bit about you:
Experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role Ideally within a private members club or premium hospitality setting Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication A natural host who exudes warmth and charm The ability to keep smiling, even when under pressure Strong organisational skills and consistent attention to detail Flexible, positive and excited to grow with a brand-new opening
