The Role
As Floor Supervisor you will support the General Manager in managing the overall FOH operations. Your duties will include supervising staff and ensuring product and service standards are always maintained.
About You
We are looking for an inspiring hospitality professional who shares our vision and passion for the industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Floor Supervisor who keeps abreast of the latest industry knowledge and trends and is read for their next step into management.
You will have:
previous experience within a supervisory / management role; solid knowledge of food and beverage daily operations; the ability to motivate and inspire a team; and a solution focussed ' hands on' approach to problems
