As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of hospitality while managing and supporting the team effectively.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant or hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members in their roles. Assist in food preparation and ensure that culinary standards are maintained throughout service. Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as necessary. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with management to implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area or kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hotel industry is essential. Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Demonstrated ability in team management, fostering a positive work environment. Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

Pay: 12.21-12.85 per hour
