The Role

As Flooring Manager, you'll lead a passionate team to drive sales, deliver expert advice, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in store-wide collaboration, bring product knowledge to life, and lead from the front - motivating your team and serving customers hands-on every day.

Who We Are Looking For

Leadership in Retail or Sales:

You have proven supervisory or management background in a dynamic sales environment.

Flooring Expertise:

You have in-depth knowledge of flooring products and related accessories.

Sales-Driven Mindset:

You thrive on hitting targets and have a passion for selling that motivates those around you.

Strong Communication Skills:

You are confident with numbers, persuasive in negotiation, and clear in your communication.

People-Focused:

You are a natural relationship-builder, both with your team and your customers.
