Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to manage end-to-end flooring projects across commercial and retail sites, while also playing a key role in cultivating and developing new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the company's ongoing growth.

The candidate will bring an established network of reliable flooring subcontractors to support project delivery (essential)

Manage all aspects of flooring projects from quoting, pre-start meetings, to completion, including planning, coordination, and delivery.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Prepare project reports, quotations, and progress updates for management and clients.

Lead by example to promote a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Personal Skills

Proven experience managing flooring or construction-related projects.

Strong technical knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and site management.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Demonstrated ability to generate and secure new business opportunities.

Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
