We are seeking a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their enquiries Managing sales transactions accurately using the shop's point-of-sale system Deliver orders to customers Restocking shelves and maintaining the organisation of products Supporting stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising stockroom areas Ensuring the shop environment remains clean, tidy, and inviting Assisting with visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience Handling customer feedback professionally and escalating issues when necessary

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English; Bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively serve diverse customers Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Must have a full uk driving licence For insurance purposes need to be 25+ Must be able to drive sprinter/luton vans for deliverys Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently Friendly demeanour with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Flexibility to work during shop hours, including weekends if needed

Pay: 12.21 per hour
