Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Flow Wrap Machine Operator

to operate and maintain packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting flow wrap machines to ensure products are wrapped and sealed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate flow wrap machinery according to production specifications and schedules. Ensure proper alignment, feeding, and wrapping of products. Monitor the quality of packaging and adjust machine settings as needed. Perform routine checks on machine performance and make minor repairs or adjustments. Identify and report mechanical or packaging issues promptly to the maintenance team. Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Load film and packaging materials into the machine as required. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Participate in cleaning, maintenance, and changeover processes.

Skills

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles is a plus. Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move merchandise as required. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.78-15.05 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
