The Falcon Inn is a thriving new gastro pub with rooms and glamping, beautifully located between Scarborough and Whitby. We're looking for a
strong, experienced Front of House Manager
to join our brilliant and growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident handling
high-volume service
in a fast-paced environment, while also getting stuck into the exciting growth of a new and dynamic business.What you'll do:
Lead and inspire the FOH team, delivering consistently excellent customer experiences Oversee busy services with professionalism and calm under pressure Assist with
social media and marketing
to help build our brand and reach Contribute toevent planning and management
, from weddings to seasonal pop-ups Work closely with the owners to develop and shape the future of The Falcon InnWhat we're looking for:
Proven FOH management experience in busy hospitality settings A natural leader with strong organisational and communication skills Someone who thrives on variety - from service to socials to events A team player who's hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality Familiarity with social media, or at least a willingness to learn and engage
