Front of House Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a more personal, guest-focused setting - looking after our rooms and managing a smaller number of evening diners with care and attention to detail.

What you'll do:

Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every guest - from check-in to dinner service Manage daily operations across rooms and dining, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, relaxed service Assist with

social media and marketing

, promoting everything from special offers to our stunning views Support occasional

small events

, from private bookings to seasonal gatherings

What we're looking for:

FOH experience in boutique hospitality or smaller-scale venues A people person with great attention to detail and natural warmth Comfortable working solo or leading a small team in a calm, organised way Someone happy to turn their hand to a bit of everything in a varied, hands-on role Interest in social media and guest communications a bonus
