What You'll Be Doing:

As a Food & Beverage Associate in Room Service, you'll be a key part of delivering memorable in-room dining experiences with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner. Provide a warm, friendly, and personalised service throughout the guest journey. Accurately handle guest payments and process transactions. Liaise clearly with the kitchen team regarding dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the room service area. Prepare and restock items before each shift, ensuring high hygiene and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive team player with a positive and welcoming attitude High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
