Overview:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the culinary and beverage operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in food preparation and service.
Duties:
- Supervise bartenders, and serving staff to ensure smooth operations for all F&B Outlet.
- Coordinate food and beverage offerings for hotel guests and events
- Oversee menu planning, food production, and presentation
- Assist in bartending, and serving as needed
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven experience in food preparation, bartending, and food production
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel hospitality operations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
