Park Inn by Radisson Aberdeen has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivational Food and Beverage Manager to join a leadership team focused on driving growth through team and guest engagement.



The team is working on developing the bar to reflect a strong "local" story, with a menu that leans into freshly made food.



The hotel is developing local partnerships to create niche events such as the recent "Jazz'd Up and Gin'd Out" and "Maggies Culture Crawl" featuring Aberdeen's Rock Choir. With more events planned for the remainder of this year, this is an exciting time to join the team and really drive the F&B engagement and revenues.



The ideal candidate needs to be able to demonstrate:

infectious positive enthusiasm a mind-set of "everybody sells" an ability to train and motivate a young team strong planning, personal organisation and communication skills is a creative problem solver commerical ownership of your department
