Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Preparation Worker to join our lovely team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparation of basic menu items such as jacket potatoes, paninis, sandwiches and baguettes and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for providing excellent customer service in this open kitchen environment. Please note that this role will include working week days and weekends. It is not suitable for anyone still in education.
Duties
Food preparation including maintaining our high standards of hygiene Making barista style coffees (training can be given for this) Serving customers Using the till Cashing up Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 22,880.00-36,604.23 per year
