To supervise the service of all conference, banqueting & bar events at Wortley Hall. To deputise for the Food & Beverage Service Manager in their absence. To work effectively with the senior management team to ensure that duty management operations are carried out effectively.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To supervise the food & beverage service for all conference and banqueting events at Wortley Hall.
To ensure that duty management operations are carried out effectively and that existing functional duties and responsibilities are fully integrated when acting as duty manager.
To work effectively as part of a team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at Wortley Hall.
To supervise staff to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service and satisfaction are maintained.
To ensure that all food hygiene and health & safety requirements are adhered to and communicated & documented fully.
To be pro-active in managing changes in day to day business schedules and in your contribution to effective and efficient staff rotas.
To ensure that all laundry items are laundered and available to the highest possible standards.
To ensure that all public areas are clean and safe at all times.
To continually develop yourself and others in your role at Wortley Hall and seeking wherever possible to improve service to customers
To work effectively as part of the Wortley Hall team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 29,494.40-32,760.00 per year
