We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic and passionate coach for our weekly sessions at our Ebbw Vale Academy. We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.

DAYS & TIMINGS

Ebbw Vale Sports Centre, Lime Avenue, NP23 6GL

TUESDAYS - 17.00-19.00

Responsibilities

Assist the head coach in organising and running the session. Educate players on fundamental skills and sportsmanship principles. Provide individual feedback to players to help them improve their skills and performance. Monitor player development and maintain open lines of communication with players and parents regarding their progress. Promote a positive team culture that encourages respect, discipline, and hard work among all players.

Experience

Previous experience in sports coaching is desirable but not essential. An understanding of football techniques. Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate players of varying skill levels. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff. A commitment to continuous learning and personal development within the coaching profession.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
