Location: Wilder Learning at Safari Childcare, Runwell
Position: Full-Time Forest School Leader (Permanent)

We're looking for a passionate, playful, and qualified Forest School Leader to bring the great outdoors to life for our little explorers. At Wilder Learning, we champion hands-on, nature-rich learning and encourage curiosity, confidence, and connection in every child.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading daily outdoor learning adventures for children aged 2-5 Delivering a creative and engaging Forest School programme in all weathers Teaching real-world nature skills--whittling, shelter-building, foraging, fire safety Nurturing children's confidence, independence and love of the natural world Risk assessing outdoor sessions to ensure safety without taking away the wild Working closely with our nursery team to tie outdoor learning to EYFS goals
We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification (or is working towards it) Has experience working with early years or primary-aged children outdoors Is confident leading groups and passionate about nature-based education Thrives in all weathers and knows how to turn a muddy puddle into a lesson! Can risk assess sensibly while still allowing for freedom and exploration Is creative, adaptable, and brings positivity and calm to every session
