We are a small group of settings looking for a forest school practitioner to support the delivery of our outdoor learning. Our settings are based in Midsomer Norton, Paulton and Bath.

We are looking for someone passionate about early years education and care. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with children's families. Successful candidates will demonstrate a clear love for working with children 6 months to five years old and committed to supporting children's early learning and development in line with the early years foundation stage.

Applicants should have a good level of education and an NVQ L3 in childcare and a recognised forest school qualification.

Successful candidates will have respect and a clear understanding of our duty to safeguarding children. You will be expected to adhere to the Nursery's policies and procedures. The position is subject to a full DBS check and completion of a full induction and training.

The post offers a minimum of 18 hours across 4 days - 9.30am-2.30.pm

The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and completion of a full induction.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
