We're looking for a driven and passionate
Franchise General Manager
to take the lead at our Connah's Quay venue!The Role:

25% of Net Sales
of the venue- Perfect for a
new or experienced GM

No live-in
- Local person preferred
(not essential)- Be part of a fast-growing hospitality group

Duties
Operate the venue complying with company standards and procedures Marketing & Social Media Management Team Management Team Training Event Planning Everything that comes with running your own pub.... just without the overheads!
Experience
Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Demonstrable experience in supervising teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build lasting relationships. Organisational proficiency with time management skills essential for prioritising tasks effectively. Administrative experience including reporting, budgeting, or inventory control is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-60,000.00 per year
