You and Your Team:

Our dynamic team is dedicated to safeguarding our customers and mitigating financial risks by investigating suspicious transactions and applications. Collaborating with external partners and other departments, we ensure the security of our clients while minimising financial loss.

In your day-to-day role, as a Fraud Operations Investigator, you will:

Conduct thorough investigations of potentially fraudulent applications, including those referred or flagged by our systems.
Scrutinise accounts triggered by our transactional security system, promptly identifying suspicious activities and implementing necessary measures.
Employ advanced investigative techniques during phone interactions to glean insights into potential fraudsters\' intentions.
Report instances of fraud to CIFAS, ensuring a robust response.
Collaborate with other teams within our Fraud department as required.
Strive towards both individual and collective departmental objectives.

Hybrid working is available in this role. We ask that you attend the office 1-2 days per week. This role could be based in our Bradford or Chatham office.
