We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in office administration. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our doggy daycare and training facilities, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Effectively act as PA for director who has ADHD and needs repeatedly prompting to remember important tasks with patience and consistency
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
Perform data entry and clerical duties as required
Utilise our app booking system and online diary accurately
Monitor and respond to emails and maintain client and staff confidentiality at all times
Organise 121 training, classes, appointments, and travel arrangements for director
Promote on various social media platforms
Ensure that you can communicate a huge passion, love and care for all the dogs in our extended family within all correspondence
Maintain Health & Safety records and update Risk Assessment records on Bright Safe
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
Proficiency in computer skills, touch typing, transcribing voice memos accurately and efficiently
Experience with Sage is highly desirable but not mandatory
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Proven organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous clerical experience will be an advantage
