About the Role

:
We are looking for a professional and reliable Freelance EPC Assessor to join our team in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out EPC assessments on residential properties, producing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments for residential properties. Use approved software to generate accurate EPC reports. Ensure all assessments meet the required regulatory standards and are submitted in a timely manner. Communicate with clients and property owners to schedule assessments and clarify requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest regulations and energy efficiency standards.

Requirements

:

Valid accreditation as an EPC Assessor (minimum level of qualification required). Strong understanding of energy performance standards and regulations. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience as an EPC Assessor preferred but not required. Full, valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferable due to the nature of the role.
