We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a local entrepreneur on a freelance basis.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate proficiency with various office software. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organise meetings with precision.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, maintaining professional etiquette at all times.
Prepare and edit documents, and reports using Microsoft Office 365.
Assist with the development and actioning of marketing plans, involving ChatGPT, CRM, and Social Media platforms.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Maintain inventory of stock items, reordering supplies where necessary.
Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
Proven administrative or clerical experience in an informal family run business setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, & Outlook).
Basic Adobe Photoshop and Premier skills would be an advantage.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach.
Competent typing skills for efficient document preparation and correspondence management.

Keen and proficient user of social media, maintaining an up to date feel for current trends and practises.
Proven experience with Google Ads and SEO.
