Key Responsibilities:
Research local commercial sites, property managers, and facilities teams in my target area
Reach out via email or phone with professional introductions and service info
Keep track of contacts, follow-ups, and responses in a simple spreadsheet or CRM
Help prepare quotes, proposals, or tender submissions (I'll provide pricing and info)
Optionally, monitor local tender portals (e.g. Contracts Finder, council procurement sites) for relevant opportunities

Ideal Freelancer:
Based in (or familiar with) the UK market
Experience with B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or sales
Excellent written and spoken English
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Bonus: knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or facilities management sectors

Pay & Terms:
10-20 per hour (depending on experience)
Option for commission or bonus per contract secured
(e.g. percentage of first month's invoice for any client brought in)
