Are you ready to take the next step in your transport operations career? We're looking for a motivated Backshift Transport Operations Planner to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing transport experience who's eager to expand their skillset and progress within a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate small multidrop delivery routes efficiently and effectively. Follow established plans for both UK and Irish transport operations. Accurately input shipment data into various customer and carrier shipping portals. Monitor and support drivers throughout their shift to ensure smooth delivery performance. Communicate with internal teams, customers, and transport partners to resolve any operational issues promptly. Maintain compliance with all transport and safety regulations.

About You:

Previous experience in a transport operations or logistics planning role. Strong understanding of UK & Irish transport networks and delivery processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident using transport management systems and online shipping portals. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure during a busy backshift. A proactive team player who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
