Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Bar Staff to join our team at Paradise Palms for the course of the Fringe Festival. Experience in fast paced hospitality environments with a background in cocktails are an advantage. There are both full time and part time positions to be filled until the end of August, with some permanent, ongoing roles available.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including signature cocktails and drinks. Carry out table service for dining customers, serving our award winning veg/vegan dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
Experience
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent time management skills are crucial. A passion for Edinburgh's vibrant hospitality scene and providing outstanding customer service are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay: 12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 45 per week
