We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Front and Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Support the front of house staff by ensuring timely delivery of food orders. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times. Serve customers in fast, efficient and friendly manner. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stock rotation. Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and storage techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. A passion for food and commitment to providing excellent service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
