Position: Patient Coordinator and Front Desk Coordinator



Location: Gold Medical Centre, London



Contract Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities



oWelcoming, guiding, and assisting patients within the clinic

oOrganising and managing the daily appointment schedule

oDaily use of the CRM software, keeping patient data

oManaging patients' records

oHandling patient concerns and complaints

oProviding administrative support to the doctor and clinic operations

oMonitoring and ensuring hygiene and safety procedures are followed

oCoordinating with external partners and technical support when needed

Key Skills Requirement



oExcellent organisational skills

oOutgoing personality and strong communication skills

oProficiency in computers and office applications (MS Office, email, calendars)

oAbility to multitask and adapt in a demanding environment

oCourtesy, responsibility, discretion, and professional behaviour

oPrevious experience in a similar role will be an asset

Desired Qualifications



Experience with CRM or appointment management software

Languages: Additional spoken languages are desirable

English (required)

Greek (desirable)

Other Foreign Languages ( desirable)
