Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Front of House team. In this essential role, you'll be the face of Aura Dental Clinic, warmly welcoming both NHS and private patients, handling their inquiries, and guiding them through their journey with us. As front of house, you'll also assist patients with treatment plans and financial arrangements, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet NHS and private patients with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression and patient experience.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, handling inquiries and booking appointments as needed.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate with clinicians, and manage the daily flow of the clinic.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, assist patients with financial plans, and handle end-of-day banking.
- Manage patient communications through WhatsApp, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Oversee lab work coordination, managing the flow of lab items in and out of the practice to ensure timely delivery of treatments.
- Perform end-of-day banking and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front-of-house role is advantageous but not required.
