We're on the lookout for a

confident, compassionate and organised Dental Receptionist

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism Scheduling and managing appointments to keep our days running smoothly Answering phone and email queries with clarity and care Keeping accurate patient records using SOE (experience is a big plus!) Managing billing and payments with attention to detail Supporting the clinical team and helping with patient handovers Occasionally assisting with social media content to promote our clinic Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a dental receptionist Ideally, GDC-registered or with dental nursing experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Organised, proactive, and solution-focused Friendly and professional - always ready with a smile
Flexibility is key - occasional late evenings and one Saturday every 3 months may be required.
