We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff / Deserts cook to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a positive dining experience.

Duties

Greet and rake orders from guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and utensils and kitchens. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support the food output as needed, utilising culinary skills to enhance meal preparation. Monitor and clean the soft play areas. Come up with and implement new ideas for how to attract and satisfy customers. Aid in the creation of social media and marketing posts for various platforms.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Strong culinary skills, including cooking and meal preparation abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
