Job Summary

We are looking for a fabulous customer focused administrator to join our small and expanding team in a busy private medical clinic.?

We have a vision to develop a world-class service to our patients and are building a national brand that stands for excellence and quality, so we are looking for someone who can reflect these values and grow with us.

We are based in Edgbaston in Birmingham and the job will be on a full-time basis with some evening (typically Wednesday) and occasional weekend working as and when required.

This is a busy post which requires flexibility and initiative, this varied role requires:

A friendly and welcoming approach is essential for meeting & greeting our patients.

A confident and professional telephone manner is a must for answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.

A diligent and organised approach is needed to follow up with patients after they have visited the clinic to ensure they have all the information they need and make sure they feel looked after.

Someone who is organised and can follow through on tasks as well as being able to manage their own time. We encourage independent working and you will have the space to develop your own ideas and bring your own stamp to the business.

Strong IT skills, we use computer systems and technology to help deliver an outstanding experience to our patients and familiarity with basic software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential.

Someone who is adaptable & open to learning new patient management systems for use on a day to day basis.

Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above, including Maths & English is essential
