Front Of House Manager

Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a full time front of house manager to join our award winning Bistro and Coffee Shop. In this role you will:

Organise staff shifts and scheduling Provide excellent customer service Lead by example Follow all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property Maintain safe working conditions Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary Recruit and train staff Work closely with Owner to meet revenue objectives
You must be able to work well in a very busy, high pressure environment as part of a close knit team, giving excellent standards of customer service to every customer every day.

We also have an outside catering business so there will be an opportunity to get involved in this too.

The successful applicant will go the extra mile and will have barista experience, management experience essential. Experience in a similar position for a small independent coffee shop, restaurant or cafe would be advantageous.

Shifts will be five days per week, during the day, over 7 days. 35 hours + per week

Driving licence preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 14.50 per hour
