Front of House Manager

to lead our service team and help deliver a first-class experience for every guest.

The Role

You'll be the heartbeat of our cafe, leading the front-of-house team, managing service, and keeping things running smoothly from open to close. You'll bring energy, organisation, and a genuine love for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team Oversee daily service, ensuring a warm and efficient customer experience Manage rotas, stock levels, and ordering of cafe essentials Handle cashing up and daily reports Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety Support marketing promotions and seasonal events

What We're Looking For

Experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role Natural leader with strong communication skills Positive, hands-on attitude with great attention to detail Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly Reliable, organised, and customer-focused Flexible to cover weekends and busy holiday periods
