Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and personable Front of House Manager to join our team. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys both client interaction and team leadership.
Duties
Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and positive relationships.
Manage daily administration including responding to emails, enquiries and managing bookings.
Lead and oversee front-of-house operations at events, coordinating front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Assist in training new staff members in service protocols and customer engagement
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold our reputation
Collaborate with kitchen staff on food production schedules and menu updates as required to ensure client expectations are met
Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality and fostering a positive team environment
Uphold company standards of service, presentation and professionalism
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably with supervising or team management responsibilities
Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles such as catering or event management
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
Organised and efficient with excellent attention to details and strong communication skills to liaise confidently with staff and customers
Able to adapt quickly and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Proficient in basic admin and computer skills (email, scheduling, spreadsheets).
