What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer care every day Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards Manage displays, counters, and seating areas to the highest hygiene and visual standards Handle stock, cash, and paperwork with accuracy and integrity Drive sales through great product knowledge and proactive upselling Champion training, team development, and company values

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading a front-of-house or hospitality team A confident communicator who inspires and motivates others Strong organisational skills and a passion for excellence Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willing to obtain)
