The Role

As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, outstanding customer care, and a positive, efficient working environment. You will play a key role in shaping the guest journey from arrival to departure, while motivating and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bar staff, ensuring seamless service delivery Manage reservations, seating plans, and customer flow to optimise the guest experience Oversee food service standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation at all times Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Lead team management duties including training, rotas, performance reviews, and ongoing development Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and confidently Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front of house environment Assist with planning and delivering events, promotions, and special occasions
About You

Proven supervisory or management experience within a restaurant, gastro pub, or hospitality setting A confident leader with the ability to motivate, support, and inspire a team Strong understanding of food service, food preparation, and food safety standards Highly organised with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, guest-focused approach A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
