The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position involves overseeing the front of house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage and train staff in food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality best practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Oversee team management, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness and organisation.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Previous experience in food production or kitchen management is highly desirable. Familiarity with barista skills is an advantage for establishments serving coffee or specialty beverages. Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike. A solid understanding of hospitality principles to enhance guest satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
