Front of House Manager

to help us shape the next stage of our growth.

What you'll do

Lead, motivate and support our FOH team to deliver outstanding hospitality. Champion coffee culture -- ensuring quality, consistency and passion in every cup. Work closely with the owners to drive creativity and innovation, improving service, products and customer experience. Manage the day-to-day operations: rotas, training, stock, tills, hygiene, licensing and standards. Support service confidently -- from making drinks to running food, serving alcohol and jumping on the floor when needed. Encourage a culture of collaboration, positivity and continuous improvement. Represent Swan Yard with pride, energy and professionalism.

About you

Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory or management responsibility. A passion for great coffee, food and customer experience. Creative mindset -- open to new ideas, products and ways of working. Organised, confident and calm under pressure. Happy to get stuck in -- nothing is beneath you, and you lead by example. A people-person who builds trust, motivates teams and inspires great service.
