The Role
- We're looking for a Front of House Manager to join our small, friendly team. The role is hands-on and varied -- leading our FOH operations, managing staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to pack-down.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Front of House operations for weddings and events
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff
Act as the main client contact on the run up to events
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and logistics teams
Oversee hire kits, stock, and equipment
Manage event setup and breakdown (bar, dining, kitchen areas)
Collate event details and ensure accurate communication across the team
Handle general admin and assist with social media content
