We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant and hospitality environments. Duties
Supervise front of house operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards
Oversee food presentation and ensure quality control in food service delivery
Manage staff schedules, training programmes, and performance evaluations
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area in accordance with health and safety regulations
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
Implement health and safety policies related to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol licensing
Assist in organising special events or promotions to enhance customer engagement
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality roles
Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
Experience in kitchen or hotel environments is advantageous
Barista experience or bar service knowledge is desirable but not essential
Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality management
